1. All clients are required to cancel or reschedule their golf lessons at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available lesson slot.

2. If a client fails to cancel or reschedule their lesson within the 24-hour window, they will be charged the full price of the lesson. This policy is in place to ensure that our instructors' time is respected and that we can continue to offer high-quality lessons to all our clients.

3. To cancel or reschedule a lesson, clients may contact us by phone or email. Please provide your name, contact information, and the date and time of the scheduled lesson when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling.

4. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of Spallone Golf. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

5. Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule lessons without providing the required 24-hour notice may be subject to further action, including, but not limited to, temporary or permanent suspension of lesson booking privileges.

2. By booking a lesson with Spallone Golf, clients agree to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy as outlined above.
